"Didn’t really trust it, I guess"
I was looking at gagediamonds.com, but comfortable buying from it I just didn’t feel. The site didn’t give me much confidence, and some of the info was kind of unclear to me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I ended up backing out before I paid. It just didn’t feel right, honestly.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order and they did get back to me eventually, but it definitely wasn’t super quick and I ended up having to follow up once before I got a clear update. The person I talked to was nice and answered what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just more on the average side and I think it would’ve been a lot better if the replies came a little faster.

"Appointment was a bit thrown off"
I had an appointment with gagediamonds.com, and it felt like I caught them at a bad time. I ended up waiting longer than I expected, and there wasn’t much explanation about what was going on, so I was just kind of sitting there wondering if they were running behind.

The person who helped me was nice enough, but once I finally got seen, everything felt a little rushed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and maybe the timing was just off that day, but since I booked ahead, I expected things to feel more organized

I tend to notice patterns with customer service, and usually jewelry sites either respond right away or take forever. Gagediamonds.com landed on the better side of that. They didn’t reply instantly, but they got back to me quicker than I was expecting and the answer was helpful enough. Overall, the response time was solid, so I’d give them 4 stars...

"Felt overpriced"
The prices just seemed too high to me. I saw similar diamond pieces elsewhere for less, so I didn’t feel like it was worth it.

"Still a pain to use on my phone"
I was just trying to browse rings on my phone, but once again the site felt clunky and frustrating to use. Pages were slow to load, some of the menus were hard to tap, and the filters didn’t really work the way I expected, so I kept having to go back and redo things. Maybe it’s smoother on a desktop, but I’m tired of running into the same kind of issue when trying to shop on mobile.

"Good options, but a little confusing"
There were some good options to choose from, but the custom choices felt a bit limited, if that makes sense. It wasn’t bad, just not as flexible as I expected

"Refund came through, just a bit late"
I did end up getting my refund, so that’s good, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, just would’ve been nice if it had moved a little faster.

"Shipping was kind of okay"
I ordered from gagediamonds and the shipping was just sort of okay. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. The tracking took a while to show anything, and then it got here later than I thought it would. The item itself was fine once it arrived, but I just wish that whole delivery part had gone a bit smoother.

"Photos felt misleading"
Looked way better in the photos. In person, not as clean or bright. Disappointing. Wish the pics were more accurate.

"Approval was faster than I expected"
I just used gagediamonds.com recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and the approval process was smoother than I expected. I filled out the info, uploaded what they needed, and got a response quicker than I figured I would.

The only part that threw me off a little was not always knowing exactly where I was in the process. A few more updates along the way would’ve been nice, but when I reached out to support, they did get back to me.

Since everything worked out easily in the end, that’s what stands out to me most right now. It wasn’t perfect, but there were no major problems, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"The financing felt sketchy and confusing"
I was planning to use their financing, but the whole process just felt messy. The rates and terms weren’t explained clearly, and checkout started getting annoying quickly. I also didn’t feel great about reaching out to customer service because I didn’t trust that I’d get a straight answer. In the end, I just backed out and didn’t buy anything because it felt like too much of a hassle.

"I sent my ring back to..."
I sent my ring back to have it resized, and to be fair, it did come back fitting much better. That part was definitely fine. However, the overall process took longer than I anticipated, and the updates were a bit slow along the way. Customer service did get back to me eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I do wish everything had been handled a little more smoothly.

"Too pricey for what it is"
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money. The prices seemed high for what I actually got, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Not enough variety, and answers kept changing"
I was hoping to see a lot more ring styles, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the designs looked almost the same to me, so it was hard to get excited about browsing. The site itself worked fine, but when I had questions, I kept getting inconsistent answers, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, just kind of disappointing.

"The exchange was smooth"
I had to exchange my ring for a different size, and it went smoothly. It was for something I was really excited to wear, so I was a little nervous about sending it back, but support got back to me the same day and clearly explained what I needed to do. The replacement took a bit longer than I was hoping, but when it arrived, it fit well and looked great. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.
